Listed on the National Register of Historic Places, The Spruce Lodge is located on the Rio Grande River at the foot of the San Juan Mountains and provides an environment of warm hospitality in a relaxed atmosphere. For those who like a more personal touch, the main lodge's bed & breakfast suites are perfect. Starting at $105.00, our newly remodelled suites offer jacuzzi tubs, 32" flat screen tv's, electric fireplaces and a full, hot breakfast. Choose king or queen size beds in The Galbreath suite, the Rio Grande suite, The South Fork or the Baxterville!

All suites are furnished in comfortable turn-of-the-century décor and are designed non-smoking, no pets. In our lodge many have had experiences with our resident ghosts, Emma and William Crone. Will you be the one to hear them walking up and down the stairs and in the hall? Will your lights come on in the middle of the night? Not for the faint of heart !

Single room, 1 bed $45. A small room with 1 double bed. Very basic and comfortable.

Double room, 2 double (full size) beds $55, small, basic, comfortable.

Double queen room, $65 A cabin style room that is larger and feels just like a cabin. 2 queen size beds, fridge & microwave, more space, bigger tv. Cabin decor.

Deluxe king/queen. $75 Cabin-like room with 1 king AND 1 queen size bed. Large, comfortable and (of course) very clean. Big screen tv, fishing theme and a roll away bed in the closet if you need it, no extra charge!

2 Bedroom Cabin with kitchenette $99. Comfortable and cozy, these small cabin duplexes each have a private porch and a living room with tv. Full bathroom and 1 double bed in each bedroom. A nice little unit.strong>

South Fork and Baxterville suites, 2 bedrom suite with 2 queen beds. Beautifully remodelled suites in the Historic main building. Each of these incredible 2 bedroom suites offers 1 queen size bed with a 32" wall mounted flat screen tv and an electric fireplace in each bedroom. The beautiful bathroom comes complete with jacuzzi tub and upgraded tile and fixtures. A full, hot breakfast is included of course! Starting at $105 per night.

We serve breakfast 7 days a week in a Bed & Breakfast style. Breakfast is $7.50 per person which includes tax and coffee or tea. (We ask that you sign-up for breakfast the night before.Thanks.)

 

Bring your swimsuit and come enjoy our cozy indoor hot tub. Towels are provided for your convenience, children under 12 must be supervised by parents while using the hot tub.
