LODGING POLICIES
The Spruce Lodge is an exclusive property where every guest reservation is both important and special to us. If your travel plans change and you must cancel your reservation, please call us at least 2 (two) days prior to your arrival date to cancel your reservation.
In the unlikely event that you must cancel with less than two (2) days notice, shorten your stay or check out early, please understand that we must ask you to take responsibility for your entire reservation. If we can rebook your room(s), a full or partial refund MAY be made.
All cancellations will be charged a 20 USD cancellation fee.
Rates/policies are subject to change and vary during high impact periods and special requests. A 30 day cancellation notice is required on whole house bookings and for some holidays and special events.

Absolutely No Smoking inside any of our buildings ; however designated outdoor smoking areas are available and all rooms have a covered porch. This applies to legal AND quasi-legal substances! A minimum of $50 will be charged for smoking anything in our rooms. Additional charges will apply if additional cleaning and airing is required.
No Pets are allowed in the historic building jacuzzi suites. Several rooms in the chalet and all of the cabins are pet friendly. Please see room descriptions for details.
Our entire facility is family friendly. Children are welcome in any and all of our rooms. We only ask that you are respectful of your neigbors and be aware of the noise level of voices and televisions/music.
GIFT CERTIFICATE POLICIES
Gift certificates and prepaid vouchers such as Groupon or Living Social must be presented at check-in along with a valid driver's license. Gift certificates are transferable. Any remaining amount on gift certificates can be used at a later day up to the expiration date. Gift certificates cannot be redeemed for cash.
