Start with a “Sin-ammon” roll.
Truly amazing, these soft, 6” round cinnamon rolls are served warm, covered in cream cheese frosting and drizzled with caramel. Wow.
Rob’s Cake Plate: Two legendary “Robcakes,” two eggs however you want ‘em. Pick your meat; 2 bacon strips, 2 sausage patties, 3 sausage links, or a slab of ham. - $8.40
The Gooey Mess: Your choice, bagel or English muffin, one egg how you want it, American cheese. Of course the meat; you choose from 1 sausage patty, 2 bacon strips, or ham. Drizzled with maple syrup. Served with grilled & seasoned tater chunks. - $6.10
The Breakfast Burrito: Flour tortilla filled with eggs, choice of meat, potatoes, bell peppers and onions and covered with cheese. $8.55 Smother this baby with green chili for $.75. More cheese? You bet, add $.50
Huevos Rancheros: You know this one. Corn or flour tortilla, two eggs your way, beans, smothered with green chile and cheese. Side of seasoned tater chunks. Dig in! - $7.20 Add meat $3
Biscuits and Gravies: 2 “delish” buttermilk biscuits topped with two sausage patties and smothered with pepper gravy, two eggs how you want ‘em, side of tater chunks. Yep, you’re good to go. – $8.35
Spruce Taters: Tater chunks, covered with scrambled eggs and melted cheese, topped off with crispy bacon. Served with a biscuit. MMM, MMM, good! – $8.10 Add roasted bell peppers and onions $.50

Apple Cinamon French Toast: Texas toast, soaked in Rob’s secret apple-cinnamon recipe and grilled to perfection. Served with two eggs your way, and your choice of 2 bacon strips, 2 sausage patties, 3 sausage links, or ham. Oh yeah. - $7.05
