The Spruce Lodge is a historic building, built in 1927, and is listed on the National Registry of Historic Places. As one of the oldest, well-maintained and updated buildings in South Fork, we value those residents who choose to honor the building as a piece of local history. Room Options

The Spruce Lodge offers shared space living options, with 5-6 month fixed term leases available for those employees who serve the community through seasonal employment.

Shared 2 Room Suite - $700 per person, per month*

Private 2 Room Suite - $1300 per month*

Depicted is one of the 2-room, suite options configured with a king size bed and a sitting area. For 2 roommates, suite would be configured with 2 XL twin beds in separate rooms, or, can be arranged in the same room and maintain the sitting room.

Included:

2 bedroom suite with a dedicated bathroom per suite

2 XL twin-size beds located in separate rooms with common access doorway for shared living. OR 1 King bed with furnished sitting area for private, 2 room suite.
