The Spruce Lodge offers shared space living options, with 5-6 month fixed term available leases, for those employees who serve the community through seasonal employment.
Shared 2 Room Suite - $750 per person, per month*

2 XL twin-size beds located in separate rooms with common access doorway

Shared common area with up to 7 residents:
Full-size kitchen

Access to after-hours laundry facilities
*option for one person to pay $1500/month for the entire suite with a king size bed and private den configuration.
